3. About Chuunibyou

“Chuunibyou” is a phrase that could best be described as the “8th grade syndrome”. Everyone thinks they’re unique and that the whole world revolves around them.

Some might even believe that they have magical powers and blur the line between fantasy and reality for themselves.

For Yuuta Togashi, his chuunibyou left him embarrassing mental scars. Despite the fact that they were still fresh in his memories, he tries to leave them behind and live a normal life in high school.

Unfortunately, he meets Rikka Takanashi, a classmate who is even more delusional than his middle-school self. She claims to be a vessel of the “Wicked Eye.”

After their fateful encounter, Yuuta’s past self comes knocking at his door and crumble all his dreams of living a peaceful and normal high school life.
